    Simple Claims Process

    1. When a covered item breaks down, request service anytime online or by phone and pay your preset deductible.
    2. We'll find a pre-screened service provider to diagnose and remedy the problem. (If it can’t be repaired, it will be replaced.)
    3. We help pay the bill, and your covered repair is guaranteed for 180 days. It's that simple.

Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. Deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the plan premium. Non-covered charges, incidental charges and dollar amount caps may apply. If you cancel after the effective date, you may be responsible for any costs associated with claims processed during the term of your agreement prior to cancellation.
