Simple Claims Process

  1. When a covered item breaks down, request service anytime online or by phone and pay your preset deductible.
  2. We'll find a pre-screened service provider to diagnose and remedy the problem. (If it can’t be repaired, it will be replaced.)
  3. We help pay the bill, and your covered repair is guaranteed for 180 days. It's that simple.

See terms, conditions, limitations and your effective date in the service agreement that will be sent once Cinch Home Services, Inc. receives and accepts your enrollment request. Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. Deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the plan premium. Non-covered charges, a $10,000 annual aggregate cap, and unit and dollar amount caps apply to appliances, systems and outside lines. If you cancel after 30 days and have placed a claim, you would be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee as well as the remainder of the annual premium or the amount of the claim, whichever is less. Subject to sales tax where applicable; not available in all states.
