It's an annual service agreement that helps control the costs when essential systems and appliances in your home break down. It can cover things like your A/C, plumbing, refrigerator, clothes washer and dishwasher. Here's how it works:

When a covered item breaks down, request service anytime online or by phone and pay your preset deductible.

We'll find a pre-screened service pro to diagnose and remedy the problem. (If it can’t be repaired, it will be replaced.)†

Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies.
