When does coverage begin?

There is typically a 30-day waiting period from the time you purchase your plan to when your coverage begins. You'll be advised of the exact date before you complete your purchase. In addition, your confirmation email and plan documents will include this information.

How do I get my $25 Visa®Prepaid Reward Card?

Redemption instructions will be included in your Cinch plan documents that you should receive within 10–14 days after you enroll.

What if my covered items are old?

It doesn't matter how old your covered items are as long as they are working when your coverage begins. For complete details, see the General Exclusions and Limitations section of the sample annual contract.

Are there caps or maximums?

Yes. The maximum amount the annual Surge Protection Plan will reimburse for covered repairs and replacements is $2,000. The maximum amount the annual Water Essentials Plan will pay for covered repairs and replacements is $15,000. This maximum amount might vary per item covered, or it can be a total cap across all items. Check the terms and conditions for details.

What are my payment options?

You can choose to be billed either monthly or annually.
